First Show!

Happy Fall Everyone,

Guitar String Bangle Bracelet - Silverplate
Guitar String Bangle Bracelet - Bronze
With Fall officially here and Christmas only 3 months away, that's a short 90 days, I will be adding more items to my shop on Etsy.com soon, www.lindagilljones.etsy.com.  Also I will be doing my first show in October.   I will be a little tag-along to my husband who will be a vendor at the Western New York Guitar Show and Trade Fair, http://wnyguitarshow.com/.  The show is in Buffalo on October 16th.  I will be using a small corner of his table to sell guitar string bangle bracelets.  I will also add a couple of these to my Etsy shop soon.  They are really interesting bracelets to make and I can add charms, beads or just wire to make them so they can be either be either for a man or a woman.
Button and Bead Brooch

I am also working on some new bracelets, I bought some beautiful new beads from other Etsy shop owners; and I have a new product I am working on too, button and bead brooches.  The brooches are great for this time of year because you can add them to a sweater or jacket and really add a little pop of color or your personality.

Other than that, the new job is going well, it looks like I will be promoted to the Customer Service Manger job soon, I hope soon, the pay raise will be nice.

I continue to work on promoting my Etsy shop and adding people to my circle.  I am hoping that with Christmas only 90 days away people start shopping soon for those gifts.

I still have Avon, www. youravon.com/lgill-jones, but I am not sure for how much longer.  The system has changed and I am not really all that thrilled with it.  I certainly am not making money at this point and I don't really have people to sell to other than a few family members.  You really have to have a lot of customers to begin with in order to be financially successful or have people who you can recruit who want to sell.  Oh well, it was a try.  I would rather focus on my Etsy shop.  I will most likely continue through Christmas then dissolve that business.

Happy Fall,

Linda
